About this Event
Showing from: 1 - 26 October
Spring is upon us and with it we welcome new fashion, saying goodbye to the old, and indulging in new statement pieces and refreshing and restyling our spaces.
This season's spring colours are subdued and include apricot, blue, lilac and yellow tones and in the gallery the artworks in the exhibition evoke spring.
‘Spring Salon’, is an exhibition of Indigenous and Contemporary artworks drawn from the Gallery stockroom that seek inspiration from the seasonal change reflecting a lighter and brighter time of the year.
Artists featured include Bernard Ollis, Carlos Barrios, David Hayes, Eunice Napanangka Jack, Jeff Makin, Kim Wilson, Lucy Lumoo, Margaret McIntosh and Matthew Cheyne.
The exhibition is showing from 1st – 26th October 2024 at Mitchell Fine Art, 86 Arthur St in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. There will be no opening events.
The gallery is open Monday to Saturdays and has free onsite parking.
