ART DIRECTION CREATE YOUR OWN DIGITAL IDENTITYCourse description
The aim of this course is to introduce the students to the fundamentals of being a creative team leader/ Art Director for multimedia commercial fashion and advertising communication.
During the first 5 sessions of this course, students will learn how to plan the pre-production stages of their own photoshoot, focusing on creating a strong narrative on still images, films or gif production.
During the 2nd part of this course, students will learn how to plan & organize their production day. They will also have the opportunity to have their own demo photoshoot session, focusing on creating inspiring and witty editorial images.
By the end of this course, students will know:
• The way the global business promotion industry really works
• The role of an Art Director
• Visual literacy (basic psychology of commercial image making)
• Editorial Photography v/s Brand Campaign Photography
• Create a strong mood board
• Story telling (Body Language and composition)
• The stages of an Art Direction project
They will also be able to:
• Organize their crew & talent
• Effectively plan & outline production day schedule
• Have their own demo photoshoot session
• Produce editorial visuals that best describe their narrative
