St Francis Socials is working closely with the team at Our Lady of Victories in 2025 to help celebrate Bowen Hills Parish's Centenary Year — and what better way to celebrate than to take it back 100 years (to 1925!) for an Art Deco themed dance 🥂Planning is already underway to make this a night to remember, so save the date (Saturday 28 June) and hit 'Interested' to be kept in the loop with exciting announcements during the months ahead!

What is the St Francis Social? Good tunes + good dancing + a good crowd + for a good cause... basically, just a really good night out!
Inspired by the Catholic parish dances held around Brisbane during the 1950s – 1970s (ask your parents/grandparents about them!), the St Francis Social is a good ol' fashion dance/social mixer for Catholics aged 18 – 39, with a bit of fundraising for thrown in for good measure. All profits from our Socials (including ticket sales, drink and snack purchases) are donated to a local Catholic charities and organisations doing amazing work in Brisbane.
