Explore hands-on techniques for approaching abstraction with artist Victoria Rickards in this three-session workshop. With inspiration from featured exhibition Keith Haring: Radiant Vision, participants learn how to move beyond realism and tap into their own abstract side through guided exercises, experimentation, and studio practice. This class is designed to provide practical tools, fresh inspiration, and confidence in developing a personal, expressive style. All levels of experience are welcome. Victoria Rickards is a Columbia-based emerging artist, lighting designer, and scenic designer. Her work has been exhibited at Art Basel Miami and the Columbia Museum of Art, where she has also participated in multiple events and programs. She has been featured in Forbes for her contributions to contemporary art. Her practice includes painting, installation, and design, with an emphasis on abstraction as a tool for emotional and conceptual expression.
