Introducing local musicians embarking on new music adventures in partnership with Pianist virtuoso James Graham.
Barbara J Hunt - Joni Mitchell, Barbara Streisand and Eva Cassidy come to mind. After a significant time away from music, focussing on her work as an author and forgiveness specialist, she has now recently collaborated with James Graham, Hannah & Oli from Moulettes to release new songs that radiate wisdom and healing.
Circle of Moon - The music of John Martyn, Jake Bugg and Dylan are close by as Martin sings and plays guitar and harmonica. His baritone voice is as rich as his gentle spirit. Let’s see how it sounds with a piano alongside.
Cinta - We first saw Cinta sing at Glastonbury festival. Now singing with rockabilly outfit The Hawkmen, we don’t want you to forget the dream pop delights of her solo material. Catch her whilst she is developing this new material.
Alex - We were delighted to see Alex posting several videos online of her playing local open mic nights and really growing her craft. A great ear for a classic cover; and clearly have a passion for music that you will feel immediately.
Woody Collins - we first saw Woody play at the Wells Mayor Concert and as pianist with the Jazz Disciples. Leading by the piano, his pop sensibility, enthusiasm and instant charm will entertain you. Ben Folds, Paul Heaton and Elton John would all approve. Look out for a piano duel with James!
