The City will host its annual Art at the Park art festival on Saturday, October 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Generations Park at Boys Ranch, 2801 Forest Ridge Dr. The festival will feature more than 70 art vendors, live performances, food trucks, a community art project, chalk art contest and more.
This event is FREE to attend. Just bring $$$ for shopping and food trucks.
𝗣𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗢 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗞 𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧
During the City's Art at the Park festival, Pavement Picasso chalk art contest participants (all ages are welcome) are challenged to create their best chalk art masterpiece. The chalk art contest will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with award announcements beginning at 2 p.m. Prizes will be awarded based on several divisions and categories. Entry to participate in the chalk art contest is $2 and pre-registration is required online at https://bit.ly/bedfordchalkart.
All pre-registered artists will receive an Art at the Park t-shirt and chalk pastels for the event. There will be no on-site registration.
