Art as Expression - Unwind with Neuro-Expressive Art & The Sonic Art Practice. We will listen to music & utilize this flow-based watercolor painting process as a form of expression through movement & meditation. (When I first opened the physical location of ECHO I offered Art experiences & sound experiences,. The experiences were through the Military Arts Connection Program & classes at Kreuser Gallery. Intuitive emroidery, mixed media & drawing classes. During Covid I took a break and that break extended for quite some time.
I am so excited to begin again and align with the original intention of ECHO Studio with Art & Sound as a healing modality with this workshop, this time with Art & Sound together!)
