Join local artist, Dawn Whitmore, as she leads an Art and Wellness Class that explores emotions in the body through meditation & visual art. A mix of mindfulness, meditation, body awareness, and art, Dawn has previously offered this class through the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington and virtually when Covid hit.
No, you don't need to be an artist to attend! You just need to come with an open heart and willingness to try something new. If you have art supplies, bring them. If you don't, don't worry, we'll have them available.
This event is free, though donations of art supplies or a few dollars towards the refreshments that will be provided are always appreciated.
