About this Event
Discover the meeting place of creativity and mindfulness in this two-and-a-half hour workshop blending meditation, intention-setting, and intuitive painting. Using the fluid, unpredictable flow of watercolor and the bold structure of ink, you’ll learn to let go of control and embrace the beauty of the unexpected.
We’ll practice accessible painting techniques while cultivating presence, play, and connection. The workshop concludes with a 30-minute guided meditation, allowing your paintings to dry and giving space to reflect on your creative process. By the end, you’ll leave with a meaningful, intentional piece of art—and a deeper connection to both your spirit and creativity.
✨ No experience necessary. All materials provided.
