Workshop Instructor: Kara, Life Coach & Self Care Facilitator
Workshop Length: 1hr 30 m
Join us for a unique series of workshops designed to connect you with nature through art and mindfulness. Throughout three sessions, you'll choose a tree to observe and draw its development over three months, using the same provided journal.
No prior art skills are required! This workshop is open to all levels of experience. We will provide all necessary drawing materials, including sketch pads, pencils, and clipboards. Feel free to bring any additional materials you'd like to use or experiment with. During this art and nature series, we'll
✨Practice Mindfulness: Engage deeply with nature and cultivate a mindful presence as you observe and draw your chosen tree.
✨Embrace Creativity: Explore your artistic side in a relaxed, supportive environment.
✨Connect with Nature: Develop a deeper connection with your surroundings and appreciate the beauty of the changing seasons.
What should I expect?
- Session 1: Find and draw your tree, starting your journey with an initial sketch.
- Session 2: Reflect on the changes in your tree, updating your drawing and observations.
- Session 3: Complete your final drawing, share your progress, and reflect on your experience.

What to Bring?
- Yoga mat or beach towel for sitting on the ground
- Sun and weather protection (sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, bug spray, etc)
- Water
We will provide the sketch pads, pencils, & portable drawing boards

Upon checking out, choose the tiered payment which fits your budget, complete your info, and get ready to join our class! Those who choose a higher-tiered option will help offset the cost to allow more individuals, who may be having a difficult financial time, to join our classes.
