Join us for a transformative experience that weaves together creativity and mindfulness, guiding you toward the deep, non-verbal wisdom within.
In this unique workshop, we’ll blend artmaking with meditation practices to help you access and explore the messages your inner wisdom is ready to reveal.
Using powerful tools such as life-sized body mapping, mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, body scans, and bilateral drawing, you’ll learn to tune into your inner world and give voice to what arises through intuitive, expressive art. These practices are designed to support your mind, body, and spirit—no artistic experience necessary.
We’ll also touch on the neurobiology behind these approaches, exploring how they function as self-support tools and how they may be applied both personally and professionally. Whether you’re a clinician, a seeker, or simply curious, this workshop invites you into meaningful self-discovery.
