
About this Event
This event features a group bike ride and art making session along the Neponset River Greenway. Our intention is to offer a restorative experience that incorporates physical activity, creative expression, and connection with nature in our neighborhood. Hosted by & 🧡
Date: Sunday October 26th @ 2PM - 5PM**We will share any weather-related updates on the morning of the event and schedule a rain date if needed
Meeting Point: Mattapan Station (Red Line), 500 River St, Boston, MA 02126
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and get ready to ride!
- Helmets are Required
- You must bring a bicycle to ride - bring your own or rent a Blue Bike at the nearest location (Mattapan Station). Consider checking the Blue Bike app ahead of time for bike availability.

- The art session will take place indoors. We recommend bringing a lock for your bike.
Bike Route: We will enjoy a casual-paced bike ride along the Neponset River Greenway passing through Cedar Grove Cemetery (it is spooky season after all!) and terminating in Fields Corner, Dorchester. We will lock our bikes and sit indoors for the art session.
- This route is about 4.5 miles in distance. We will take breaks along the way to hydrate and use the restroom.
- The event will end in Fields Corner, Dorchester (location TBA) at 4pm where everyone is free to disperse, but we will support any bike riders who are returning to the Greenway (nearest MBTA Red Line stop is Fields Corner).

Art Session: Korefi will open with restorative guided stretches, followed by an artmaking session with Art & Soul Clinic. This session will take place indoors at .
- All art supplies will be provided along with some healthy snacks.
- We will make mosaic collages (see example here). No art experience necessary!
Reminders:
- Ideal for ages 18+
- Bring a Water bottle(s) or extra snacks
- No Helmet, No Riding! Your safety matters to us 🧡
- Dress in layers (sweater, coat, scarf, etc.) and wear gloves - it can get breezy!
- Bring a lock for your bike
- Optional: Bring along any art supplies or any other resources that you'd like to use or share with the group.
