Art and Wellness Workshop
Come and spend an afternoon learning about The Chakras System - Through yoga and art along with complementary wine. Join Professional Painter/teacher: Sherrie Partenteau and RYT300 Yoga Teacher: Rhonda Wishart as we explore the Chakras.
The first session will focus on the root Charka. Each session will explore a different chakra, understanding the meaning of each Charka and how it relates to your spiritual health. By combining the physical practice of yoga with the visual techniques of drawing we will further our understanding of colors and design as we create our own original mandalas.
Cost: $50per person or $90 per couple
