Come grab a cup of coffee and make some art for yourself! ☕️🎨
This is an art therapy-based session, meaning that we are using art to express ourselves in a safe, and non judgmental space. However the session is focused on wellbeing so will not be in-depth as a therapy group.
What to expect?
🖌️Safe space to express to express using art and explore materials at your own pace
👩🏻Guided by a qualified art therapist Ann's Art Therapy
🧘🏼Weekly creative wellbeing themes, self-reflection, grounding exercises
🙌🏻Opportunity to connect and share with other participants (not obligated!)
🖌️Materials provided (paint, clay, collage, yarn & more)
🛠️No skills needed, you don’t have to be good at art!
