Tidewell Grief Care’s Art and Relaxation Grief Support Group explores strategies for coping with grief symptoms. Clients will engage in the group process, providing support for one another while having a space to share their thoughts and feelings.The goal is to use art as a relaxation tool and enhance coping skills. No art abilities necessary, and all techniques will be taught by our art therapist.
