We will begining each workshop with a nature walk round the park. We will engage in mindfulness activities to enhance our experience of being in nature. Some weeks will willl collect items to use in our art work. After our nature walk we will go into the studio space and make some art inspired by our experince. Each session we will make something different. Please see below for the workshop focus each week:
