Bahinabai Chaudhary’s poems represent the poems of women agricultural workers and their joys and sorrows which portray their story. Jalgaon’s artists from Parivartan have come together to keep beauty of her poems as it is while composing for a new musical program. Another highlight of this program is the Khandeshi dialect is maintained from the beginning till the end. Famous Marathi writer Acharya Atre has called Bahinabai’s poem as ’99.99% Pure Gold’ in Marathi language. ‘Arre Sansaar Sansaar’ (‘अरे संसार संसार’) program brings out the philosophy of Bahinabai’s life.
It is a program of poems and folk songs presented in the pure Khandeshi dialect. Bahinabai’s poems have their roots in the agriculture as well as the Indian philosophy. Revered Bahinabai never went to any formal school as such but her poems undoubtedly present Indian philosophy.
Parivartan Jalgaon created this musical program very aesthetically. This program very successfully combines folk traditions and the modern music. It has received very good response, comments and reactions all over Maharashtra. Now it is being successfully held at several places in Maharashtra.
