About Arquitina:

Arquitina is a 501(c)(3), founded in 2020, with the mission to reach above and beyond the 1% mark of licensed Latina architects in the United States while creating equitable and inclusive opportunities in the architectural profession. Through our programs, mentees receive guidance, encouragement and resources from Latina/x Architects and allied professionals and are able to complete the journey to licensure and pursue a successful career. After 3 years and 7 cohorts, 11 former Arquitina Mentees are now licensed architects and Mentors to incoming cohorts. We continue to grow, moving the needle one Latina at a time.
