Around the World - Playdate Adventure

Come join us for an exciting in person event filled with fun and adventure!

The Around the World - Playdate Adventure is an immersive experience that will take children and families on a journey across the globe, featuring engaging country-themed stations, hands-on activities, cultural performances, and travel-inspired games.

Children ages 2-12 will enjoy dedicated stations where they can explore diverse cultures and experience the excitement of travel-all without leaving town!

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By registering, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding my child(ren)’s participation in the “Around the World” Playdate Adventure event:

1. Parental Supervision Required – I understand that this is NOT a drop-off event. I (or a designated guardian) must remain on-site and be responsible for supervising my child(ren) at all times during the event.

2. Liability Waiver – I acknowledge that ZaKa's Playground, event organizers, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers are not responsible for the supervision, safety, or well-being of my child(ren) beyond the general organization of the event. I assume all risks associated with my child(ren)’s participation.

3. Personal Belongings – I understand that I am responsible for any personal belongings my child(ren) bring to the event. The event organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

4. Medical Emergencies – In the event of a medical emergency, I understand that event staff may contact emergency services if deemed necessary. I take full responsibility for any medical costs incurred. I also give permission for emergency medical care to be provided if I cannot be reached.

5. Behavior Expectations – I agree that my child(ren) will engage in respectful and appropriate behavior during the event. If my child(ren) exhibit disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior, I understand that event organizers may ask us to leave the event.

6. COVID-19 Disclaimer – I understand that participation in public events carries an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses. I agree not to attend if I or my child(ren) are experiencing symptoms of illness. I acknowledge that event organizers are not responsible for any health-related issues arising from participation.

7. Photography/Media Release (Optional) – I Give permission for my child(ren) to be photographed or recorded for promotional and social media purposes related to this event.

8. Indemnification Clause – I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZaKa's Playground, its officers, agents, employees, sponsors, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from my child(ren)’s participation in this event.

By registering below, I confirm that I have read and understand the terms outlined above and agree to abide by them.
