Have you ever wondered what happens to the wastewater you use to shower, wash dishes and flush your toilets with? Well you can find out with Wessex Water’s ‘Around the bend’ tours at your local water recycling centre!
The team at Wessex Water provide the unseen service of treating 880 million litres of sewage every day, so this is a unique and rare opportunity to look behind the scenes at how it’s done with a guided tour from one of their operators.
The Around the bend tours are suitable for all ages, however pets are not permitted.
Please note each tour will last 30 minutes with each tour starting either on the hour or half past the hour.
