What to prepare
- Please arrive 10 min before the class starts to settle in.
- Do come in comfortable outfit that allows you to stretch out.
- It is encouraged to bring your own mat, but if you do not have, please inform the organizer at least 1-day in advance and we'll prepare for you.
- Do bring your own cover materials such as eye mask or shawl to keep yourself comfortable.
The session will start on-time and door will be locked 5 min after the class starts. Latecomers are not allowed to admit so as not to disrupt the class. Please arrange any reschedule or refund at least 24hr before the even starts.
