Join me for this 3 hour workshop, suitable for all levels, complete beginners to those using essential oils regularly. The workshop is completely focussed on sleep, mental health and wellbeing, with 8 essential oils specifically chosen to support us with this 😊You will be exploring these oils in depth, discovering the best ways to use these for best results. We will be looking at different techniques to use alongside your essential oil blends. How to create your own blends, essential oil safety too. You will also create 2 blends for yourself for home use 😊
