Aromatherapy 101: Essential Oil Benefits, Uses & Safety Workshop

Aromatherapy is a natural way to help your mind, emotions, and body. Different essential oils have therapeutic properties that help support various health challenges, mindset and motivation. It has been used for centuries to improve health and is a regular staple in most homes. Join Clinical Aromatherapist, Jennifer Pressimone, to learn what aromatherapy is, how it works, it’s many benefits and how to use it safely for humans of all ages and pets.

You will have the chance to smell various pure essential oils, learn about proper application methods, get some recipes for your DIY home health toolbox. After this class, you will be more confident is using aromatherapy for yourself and your family.

Class note: We will be smelling essential oils during this class. Please do not wear any perfumes or colognes to class.

Jennifer Pressimone is a Clinical Aromatherapy & Herbal Educator, product formulator, author, international speaker, and CEO of JennScents and JennScents Aromaversity. She is a NAHA, CE Broker & NCBTMB approved CE provider, offering Aromatherapy Certifications & Specialty Training Courses. Her passion and mission are to help others strengthen physical and emotional health, holistically. Jenifer has her B.A. in Psychology, a graduate in Spiritual Phyto-Essencing & Natural Health Studies, and earned numerous natural health certifications. She is the Central Florida Director and Vice President of the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA.org).

Participants must withdraw from classes at least five days prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund or credit. If we must cancel a class, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the class time, and you will receive a full refund or credit. Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom. Childcare services are not provided.
