About this Event
This exciting and informative workshop is designed for you to begin to think about your self care as a necessary way to prevent your mental health from suffering the effects of modern living.
The way we will bring yoga and aromatherapy together in a way to help you understand how to slow down at times and the necessity of that to your mental health and wellbeing.
The day will start with a lovely warm welcome with tea and coffee and then into the yoga studio for some gentle yoga infused with aromatherapy to relax and ground us into the day. We will have have some pranayama (breathwork) and meditations. Break for a lovely lunch and then get started with our aromatherapy workshop, learning about the mixing of the oils and we will all have a go at mixing our own into a spray bottle that we get to take away with us.
Then we will end in a final relaxing yoga sequence with a meditation and extended Savasana with added energy healing meditation at the end to completely relax you before you head home for the evening.
