Join us for a relaxing and transportive experience with our new guided meditation at Saje! Discover easy ways to quiet your mind and weave self-care rituals into your daily life. Come in to listen to soothing Soundscapes as we mist an Aroma of Oils around you to take you on a visualized, guided Meditation. This workshop will be once again guided by experienced meditation teacher, Heather Hollingdale, and our in-house Wiccan-herbalist, Codey Moore. The evening will include meditation and breathwork with essential oils guiding your mind to distant places all while using the power of sound. Register in store or on EventBrite.
