Army Command, Control, Communications and Computing (C4) Effects Workforce

Army is embarking upon an ambitious technical workforce modernisation program to deliver a capable workforce ready to meet the demands and complexities of a future warfighting environment (in 2025 and beyond). At the same time, Defence and joint capability are driving workforce change, reshaping traditional pathways of generating and preparing the workforce for the mission. Within this broad context of workforce transformation activities, an opportunity exists to specifically analyse and redesign Army’s communications workforce, as part of the broader C4 effects to enable the Army Objective Force (AOF).
