Join Chapter Lead Sonia or other guest speakers for an incredibly inclusive, accepting, warm group every Wednesday, 6:00 at the Cedar House--- A traditional All Recovery Meeting. We discuss topics like harm reduction, social connections/interpersonal relationships, and mindset subjects such as mantra, thought redirection, and reframing language.
As usual, everyone from any pathway of recovery is welcome. Our only restrictions being kind and compassionate treatment to your peers.

Optional:
Bring a journal, preferred pen, or even something to doodle with. All sensory toys welcome. Blankets and Yoga matts are recommended!
