Commemorating the sacrifices of members of the armed forces and of civilians in times of war.Newport Town Council will hold its annual Armistice Day Service at Newport General Cemetery including the playing of the Last Post, two-minute silence and wreath laying on the war graves.
You are invited you to join us on Monday 11th November 2024
at Newport General Cemetery for an 11 am Service.
Assemble at the Chapel of Remembrance at 10:45am.
