Take your arm balance practice to the next level in this workshop with Emilie! During the workshop we will break down the foundational arm balances practiced most frequently in yoga classes. Combine strength work and prep poses to explore bakasana crow, parsva bakasana side crow, eka pada koundinyasana 1 and 2, eka pada galavasana flying pigeon, (and other fun arm balances if time allows). We will end with some free time to address any questions about how to incorporate arm balances into your daily practice followed by a cool down and a savasana.*This is open to all levels but a solid foundation is recommended.
*Any wrist injuries should refrain from this workshop.
