Arm balances integrate strength, mobility, and mental focus, offering a powerful opportunity for both a physical challenge and introspection. In this workshop, we’ll begin with a targeted warm-up, while cultivating a mindset of curiosity and self-awareness. Bakasana (Crow pose) will be an entry point for transitions and more challenging variations. Along the way, we’ll dissect the roles of scapular stability, core engagement, and weight distribution cultivating knowledge for inversions such as Pincha Mayurasana or fore-arm stand. Come practice a sustainable, playful approach to arm balancing and inversions!Students should be free from shoulder or wrist injuries and have taken a minimum of 20 classes prior to the workshop.
