Arm Balances & Inversions: Intro to Flying Lizard
Because your practice is ready for a little lift-off.Flying Lizard is a fun, funky twist on an active resting pose you already love—and in this 75-minute workshop-style experience, we slow it down, break it apart, and give you the space to actually play. This isn’t a regular class. It’s expert coaching, intelligent sequencing, and hands-on exploration designed to help you feel strong, curious, and confident on your hands.
What to expect:
• A smart warm-up flow to prep body + mind
• Clear breakdown of Flying Lizard using breath, blocks, balance, and a little physics
• Plenty of prop-supported playtime (solo + with friends)
