Are you new to arm balancing and want to learn the basics? Or, do you have an arm balance practice that you’re looking to fine tune? This is the workshop for you!
In this 90-minute workshop, we will cover the fundamentals of arm balancing, move through a thorough warmup, and then experiment with several arm balances including crane, crow, and side crow.
In addition to these poses, you will learn a few different ways to enter and exit the poses so you can find what works best for your body. We will also discuss how you can weave these poses into your regular practice as well as fun variations to take simple arm balances to the next level.
