By building wrist, shoulder, and core strength, you’ll develop the stability needed for holding positions on silks, lyra, trapeze, and more. This class is open to everyone ages 13 and up - there are no prerequisites, and you don't have to be an aerialist! This workshop is ideal for aerialists and anyone curious about arm balances or looking to deepen their practice with playful yet challenging poses. Whether you're new to arm balancing or have some experience, this workshop will provide the tools to take your aerial skills to the next level.
