Welcome to our Arm Balance & Breath Work Yoga Workshop!
Join us for a fun and challenging session where we will focus on mastering arm balances and incorporating breath work into our practice.
Date: March 22 (Saturday)
Time: 3-4 pm
Investment: $10 for advance registration or $15 drop-in on the day of
Venue: Studio Zagar, 7the floor, Scotiabank Dance Centre
Points to note: Please bring your own mat
Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, this workshop is designed to help you deepen some of the arm balance postures you have always wanted to achieve. The session will be sealed by a grounding breathwork exercise so that you will leave feeling relaxed and de-stressed.

About the instructors:
Adele (@adele_hatha) is focused on teaching beginners and her class is a mix of Ashtanga and Vinyasa followed by Hatha postures.
This helps in getting a cardio workout with the Vinyasa and Hatha postures to improve overall focus, mobility, flexibility, strength and stamina.
Angora (@franklyyoga) has over 15 years of yoga teaching and practice experience combined and is a trauma-informed teacher focusing on aligning the energy body together with the physical body by yoga. She deeply believes in breathwork (pranayama) as one of the most effective tools from yoga in calming your mind, expand your consciousness and help you stay centred. Check out more at franklyyoga.com
