ARKANSAS MILITARY VETERANS' HALL OF FAME:
The Arkansas Military Veterans’ Hall of Fame, Inc. (AMVHOF) is a non-profit organization [501(c)(3)] that is based and incorporated in Arkansas whose objective is to publicly emphasize the honor brought to our state and nation by the sacrifice of Arkansas Military Veterans and their families.
The primary purpose for which the corporation has been organized is exclusively charitable and educational; more specifically, to honor Arkansas military veterans and to educate Arkansans through the Arkansas Military Veterans’ Hall of Fame (AMVHOF) Website of their outstanding accomplishments.
Up to fifteen Arkansas military veterans will be inducted into the hall of fame and awarded the “Hall of Fame Medallion (™)” recognizing their military service to our nation and to the State of Arkansas during the annual banquet. Of the fifteen inductees, up to ten will be selected exclusively for their valorous military service to our country and up to five will be selected for their combined military/civilian service to our community, state, and nation.
The organization evolved out of a series of conversations among Arkansas veterans in late autumn of 2010 – after a dialogue exploring the need for an Arkansas veteran’s hall of fame. It was determined that such an organization did not exist in Arkansas, a revelation that evoked both surprise and a motivation to create such an entity.
On April 4, 2011 the Arkansas State Legislature and the Governor recognized the newly formed AMVHOF with a Joint Resolution.
HOW TO PURCHASE TABLES AND SEATS:
• On the EVENTBRITE site you will see an orange tab on the screen, “Get tickets”. Click/tap on the tab, will open to window with the cost per ticket $100 and “Buy on Map”. You will see that the tables and seats are in the colors red, and blue. Slightly scroll down and click/tap "Buy on Map".
• Click/tap on "Buy on Map", and it will open to another window for you to actually start purchasing your table(s) and/or seat(s).
• NOTE: You will find that you will not be able to purchase tables and seats. (They will be gray, as they have already been purchased. Or that tables are reserved for the Inductees, families, and friends, and will be blocked. )
Between the date of 31 Aug to 15 Sep YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THE TICKET SALES MANAGER TO PURCHASE ALL TABLE AND SEATS: Call or text 501-596-2512.
HOW TO NAVIGATE THE MAP TABLE CHART (Eventbrite)
• Once you have navigated to Eventbrite website to the "Buy on Map" page you will see the tables and seats are in colors red and blue. Ensure that you are able to see the table numbers for each table. If the map is too small for you to see the numbered tables and seats. Click/tap on the map chart and it will lock you on to the map to allow you to maneuver the map around. Move up to the (+) and (-) display block at the top left-hand corner of the page. Click/tap on the (+) tab continuously until the tables are enlarged to your desired view, where you can see the table numbers and seats. And (-) to make it smaller. Or you can click/tap anywhere on the map to enlarge or shrink the chart map.
• Upon seeing the table(s) and seat(s) numbers on the map chart of your choice, click/tap on the table, and then click on each number of seats you desire. You will need to click/tap on every seat number, starting with seat number (1) at the top of the table and so on, if you wish to purchase a complete table, or just the numbers of seats you desire. Each table seats a total of 10 people.
• After you complete your selection of table(s) and seat(s). You need to click/tap on the “Checkout Tab". EVENTBRITE will then transfer you to a new page for tickets purchase information. You will need to complete the required information to get access to your tickets for your table(s) and seat(s).
• It is imperative that you provide all the required information. Especially your “email address”. If you don’t have an email address. Have a relative or friend provide one for you. Provide all pertinent data required on this page. After you have completed all pertinent information, "Place Order". Complete all required fields. You will receive your tickets by email for you to print out. Once you have received your tickets by email, print out your ticket(s), bring your ticket(s) with you to be turned-in at the door for entrance. If possible, provide your family and guests each with a ticket for entrance to the event.
REFUNDS: ALL REFUNDS ARE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS
• NOTE: (NO TICKETS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICES!) You must bring your hard copies of your ticket(s) for entrance to the event.
TICKET PURCHASE BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
Upon being transferred to payment for tickets. Use of Credit cards and /or debit cards are required. (This year you can now purchase tickets with PayPal and Google Pay) Follow instructions pertaining to payment for tickets and submit for your tickets. Tickets are purchased through EVENTBRITE only with Credit/Debit cards/PayPal and Google Pay to purchase your tickets. Any questions pertaining to ticket purchase must be addressed to the Ticket Sales Manager. 501-596-2512
