How can we build public confidence in the age of information?

Join us for an insightful and thought-provoking event on a pressing issue affecting our society: public trust in the media. This forum will delve into the topic through compelling narratives, expert insights, and a range of perspectives.

With growing concerns about misinformation and bias, a significant majority of the public believes that trust in the media is at an all-time low. This erosion of trust has serious implications, not just for how information is consumed, but also for the health of our democracy and the well-being of our communities.

This event will take place at the First Amendment Forum on the second floor of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
