**Empowering the Next Generation of Changemakers**
This dynamic and interactive workshop will call out the leader in you. Whether in school, work, family, or community — you have the ability to lead, and this session will equip you with the tools to do it with confidence and purpose.
In just 3 hours, you will:
Understand and compare **different leadership styles** that apply to you
Discover how to be both a **formal and informal leader**
leading yourself and others without needing a title
Strengthen **core leadership skills**, including:* Emotional intelligence* Teamwork & collaboration* Vision & purpose* Communication & storytelling* Conflict management
