About this Event
Put on your Christmas jumpers, bring your little ones and join us for a day of magic at our Festive Family Fun Day event on Saturday, December 13, 2025 10am-3pm.
- Visit Santa and receive a special gift & goody bag (£14.95 per child - must be pre-booked as spaces are limited and won’t be available to purchase on the day)
- Visit our real reindeer in the North Carpark (free - 10am-2pm)
- Take part in our free festive Adventure Trail around the store with the chance to win a special prize on the day!
- Christmas Crafts & activities (drop in session, optional & payable on the day)
- Festive entertainment & fun
- Why not make a day of it and book a Christmas Breakfast at Caffè AB with our special children's menu to accompany our usual breakfast and brunch menu.
Santa Visit tickets £14.95 (1 ticket per child aged 1 year and up) and include:
- Meet & Greet with Santa
- Goody bag & special gift
- Complimentary hot chocolate & cookie, served from Kitchenality
- More festive fun & games

If you're planning to come along but not seeing Santa then please book a free ticket, so we know your coming and we can make the day event more special for your little ones!
Some little jingles to note:
- This event is aimed at kids aged under 10 years old, with goody bags suitable for 3 years+, but all are of course welcome!
- There will be no photographer at the event, but our team will be happy to take photos for you, using your phone or camera.
- Santa visits will take place in a designated area in Arighi Bianchi and each child booked on will receive a goody bag, special gift from Santa and complimentary hot chocolate (served in Kitchenality)
- Bookings for Santa must have an allocated time slot.
