About this Event
Argentinean Dinner "Parrillada"
A Parrillada is a quintessential Argentine experience, offering a unique blend of flavors and cooking techniques that highlight the country's rich culinary traditions. The Parrillada features an array of cuts of meat, often including beef, pork, and sausage, all cooked over a wood and charcoal fire on a parrilla (grill). This style of cooking, known as asado, is deeply rooted in Argentine culture and is not just a meal but a social event, most enjoyed with family and friends.
The event will showcase an authentic Argentine grilling experience, where the meats are slow-cooked to perfection. Accompanying the grilled meats will be traditional additions, such as chimichurri (a tangy herb sauce), criolla sauce (a fresh, tomato based condiment), and classic Argentine salads.
To compliment the meal, guests will enjoy a selection of Argentine wines, known for their bold flavors and excellent pairings with the rich, smoky grilled meats. The Parrillada is not just a feast for the senses but a celebration of Argentine heritage, where each dish is crafted with care, passion, and an appreciation for quality ingredients.
We are excited to bring you into the heart of Argentine culture, sharing the warmth, hospitality, and culinary traditions that make the Parrillada an unforgettable experience. We look forward to creating a memorable evening where you can savor the flavors of Argentina and connect to the spirit of this beloved tradition.
This event brings together two chefs - Gianluca Muratore and Marcelo "Chelo" Verdi from Argentina - both united by their passion for cooking and extensive training in Argentine cuisine.
