For this months run club, we have some members challenging themselves to run up to 50km!!! We will have a 5km track marked out & members will run laps until they complete their goal distance, with a max of 50km in mind!
As always, you can run a shorter distance if you choose & all athletes will run at their own pace, so this is open to everyone of all fitness levels 🏃🏼♂️➡️
6:15am arrival at Arete to warm up with a generalised running warm up
6:30am the run begins
