WHAT: Eliot Glazer's alt-cabaret show Songs in the Key of LOLOL 🎶
Eliot Glazer is best known for his work both on-and-off screen as a writer and actor on Broad City. But onstage, the opera school dropout shows off his pipes performing genre-hopping mashups, original songs, and even a “sound bath.” Marrying live music with audio/video elements, Eliot’s alt-cabaret show Songs in the Key of LOLOL continues his work of combining stand-up and storytelling with a legitimate sense of musicianship, as dumb as the songs may be (and they get REAL dumb). Consider the show a sonic mixtape that evokes the work of Reggie Watts, Sandra Bernhard and John Early.
