Amanda Barkey

Born and raised in Canada to immigrants who came from political refugees, Amanda Barkey embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by establishing the Soccer Shots Orange County franchise in the US in 2009. With over 15 years of coaching and leadership experience, Amanda has successfully expanded her business to Oahu, Hawaii and nonprofit endeavors internationally to South America and Africa while managing a bustling household with 5 children.

In 2014, Amanda delved into EOS after reading the book Traction, leading to a remarkable transformation that positioned her franchise among the top five grossing businesses in the country. Acknowledged as FBR's Franchise Rockstar of the year in the giving back category, Amanda and her team have made a profound impact on countless coaches, children, and families globally through for profit and non profit work.

Passionate about guiding entrepreneurs to optimize growth and efficiency to run a better business and live a better life, Amanda is now dedicated as a Certified EOS Implementer to helping individuals achieve a harmonious work-life balance and attain success. Stephanie Bowles

Stephanie Bowles is a highly skilled Fractional Integrator with Catalyst Integrators, bringing over 20 years of expertise in facilitation, project management, and strategic planning. Her extensive experience spans across various industries, where she has guided organizations in laying the groundwork for organizational efficiency. Stephanie discovered her passion in operational leadership while part of the founding team of SEEQS public charter school in Hawai’i, where she was first introduced to EOS tools and processes.

Now, as a Fractional Integrator (COO) for businesses running on EOS, Stephanie applies her love for organizational clarity and efficiency to guide companies in building sustainable structures that promote growth. She has successfully collaborated with numerous businesses in their early or transitional phases, solidifying their communication, systems, and overall structures. Stephanie excels at creating trusting environments that foster open dialogue and personal reflection, helping leaders identify the areas that need attention to reach their full potential.

In addition to her role as a Fractional Integrator, Stephanie is the founder and facilitator of the Goal Getters Collab, a structured community of accountability for solopreneurs. Inspired by the EOS model, the membership provides business owners with the foundational tools and self-accountability strategies needed to build or grow sustainable enterprises while living their best lives.

Stephanie resides in Honolulu, HI with strong ties (and frequent travel) to her home town in Minneapolis, MN. She holds a Master’s in Education, is a Certified Virtual Facilitator, an EOS Masterclass Graduate, and a former PMP certificate holder. She thrives on bringing clarity to chaos, implementing effective structures, and working with ambitious leaders and teams dedicated to achieving meaningful success.
