Kim Jones is the founder of hgkc, established in 2013, where she has specialised in collaborating with leaders and their teams to build successful businesses. As a strategic advisor and mentor, she developed her expertise in analytical, commercial and communication skills over a 30-year period across a range of private and public organisations in strategic commercial, finance and innovation roles primarily focussed on scaling and transition activity. Over the last few years Kim has focussed on helping owners and leadership teams to build value for exit and support them in the exit process. Combining her advisory role with academia, Kim is currently a PHD researcher investigating the decision-making behaviour of entrepreneurs.
Samantha Jenkins is the Head of Cyber, Tech & FinTech at Simcox Brokers Ltd, an independent insurance brokerage. Sam collaborates closely with Technology and FinTech firms to craft bespoke, comprehensive insurance solutions tailored specifically to each company's unique needs. Additionally, with her expertise in cyber insurance, she works with companies across all sectors to help them understand the importance of cyber coverage and ensures that they receive thorough protection against potential cyber incidents in today’s digital landscape.
