There will be a full rebirthing session (Source Breathwork), and a talk and processes on the theme for the day.
The theme is:
Are we at the End of a Spiritual Cycle?
We will have a gentle look at the current world situation, and explore whether we are in a process of awakening or falling deeper asleep.
We will also focus on healing our fears and getting to peace with what is going on in the world.
