Great welcome to Arduua Vertical Sunday!The training is for all of us who likes to train some vertical meters together in Sundays, and it's free of charge.
Team Arduua is an international group of runners with passion for Trailrunning, Skyrunning and Ultra-trail.
We have a local group that train together in "Hammarbybacken" in Sundays, and some of us are also in the Arduua Online Coaching Program, with professional coaches from Spain.
If you are training for any mountain race, Ultra-trail, or if you are just curious about it, you are super welcome to join our team.
The agenda for each training I usually post in the Facebook group Arduua - Stockholm a couple of days before the session.
