+++ Event Breakdown +++ 9:00 AM: Participant Arrival, Sign-in, Safety Training
10:30 AM: Announcements and Final Setup
11:00 AM: First Game Session (2.5 hours)
1:30 PM: Long Rest (lunch break)
2:00 PM: Second Game Session (2.5 hours)
4:30 PM: Game End and Banking
5:00 PM: Post announcements, Pack Down and Cleanup.
+++ Safety Information +++
All participants will need to agree to the Participation Agreement prior to arrival, or sign in. Failure to comply will likely see your removal from the site and the event.
It is always advised to bring lunch, and enough water for the day. Typically more than you would think necessary and apply sunscreen, even if overcast.
It is also advised to bring your own sunshade and something to sit on, especially given the longer form of our events.
