In November there will be twilight for a couple of hours only in the middle of the day. The extra hours of darkness significantly increases our chances of seeing the Northern Lights, which is exactly why we have chosen to host the retreat during this season.
From your hotel window you will see how the magic of nature comes to life. Snow clad mountains drop dramatically in to the fjords, whilst the Aurora dance at night across the sky.
Prices include: cozy, modern bedrooms for 3 nights, 3 course evening meals, access to tea & hot chocolate station, large breakfast/brunches daily, a dedicated practice space, sauna access, gym access, lunch on the final day of departure, twice daily yoga and meditation, twice daily workshops with Isa & Laura on the Wim Hof Method.

Early Bird Prices 1590 Euros per person based on shared occupancy.
Middle Bird Prices 1790 Euros per person based on shared occupancy.
Late Bird Prices 1970 Euros per person based on shared occupancy.
