Join us for a hands-on class where you’ll learn the true foundation of cake building. Together, we’ll walk through every step of preparing a semi-naked cake — from torting and filling to stacking and doweling for strength. You’ll discover how to properly assemble cake boards, cover and secure them, and prepare your creation for safe travel. We’ll also cover different ways to box and present your finished cake so it arrives beautifully every time.Best of all, each participant will leave with their very own 5” and 7” stacked cake creation to enjoy and share.
This class is perfect for anyone ready to build confidence in their cake-stacking skills while creating a show-stopping centerpiece of their own.
