REGULATION1. Purpose and tasks. Show the highest result of the season, simulating the start in the qualification competition of the Olympic Games in Paris, improve personal and National records.
2. General rules. The competition is an open, individual competition. The assessment takes place in the bow class defined by WA - Recursive Bow. Exercise 70m Double Round.
3. Place and time. July 27, 2024, at SK AMAZONES archery sports base "Pļava" (Babītes district, Salas region, "Babītes" house, highway A10 (Riga – Ventspils) 29km).
4. Management. Judge Team is announced on the day of the competition.
5. Competition program:
10:00-10:45 – Registration, technical commission, official practice.
10:45-11:00 – Opening of the competition.
11:00-13:00 – One practice end immediately followed by qualification exercise Round.
13:00-14:00 – Lunch break.
14:00-16:00 – One practice end immediately followed by qualification exercise Round.
16:30 – Award ceremony.
6. Financing. The organization of the competition is covered by the funds of the competition organizer and the participation fees of the competition participants. Participants pay 26.00 EUR, (transfer to Amazones Eduarda Lapsiņa loka šaušanas sporta klubs, LV61HABA0551037871599, HABALV22, Swedbank), indicating – GQ24, surname.

By registering, participants confirm their satisfactory state of health, that they know and will comply with the conditions of competition and safe shooting safety techniques, as well as assume material responsibility for intentional damage to equipment (parents are responsible for persons under 14 years of age), that they agree if in a public space (e.g. social networks and websites) the results of the competition will be available with the participant's name, surname, club/country represented, current and/or presented sports class, discipline/bow class in which he competed, photo/video materials and consent to breathalyzer testing and remote body temperature measurement. In case of late registration or exceeding the maximum number of participants (80 participants, minus one place for each participant in a wheelchair), the organizers have the right to reject participation.
8. Determination of winners. Winners are determined by the highest score. In case of equal results, 10s and Xs are counted. If they are equal in number, they share the place.
9. Awarding. The winners of the competition are awarded with diplomas and medals.
10. Additional Terms. Dress code - sports uniform and closed sports shoes. The participant's name must be visible from a distance on the back. No denim or camouflage paint is allowed on clothing or equipments. In unfavorable weather conditions – weather-appropriate clothing and shoes are allowed.
Point No. 5 may be changed depending on the course of the competition and the number of participants. Participant's responsibility to follow published changes. Other changes, if necessary, are decided by an extraordinary meeting of representatives with a majority vote. If the votes are equal, the vote of the organizer is decisive.
