With over 20 years experience at Deloitte, Anita Grant’s main focus is working with global companies, helping them to create, implement and navigate their share plans across the world. Anita will share invaluable insight into working at one of the ‘Big Four’ accounting firms as well as her career story - including her experience as an accountant and tax advisor.
Learn about Nicola Uniacke’s career pathway including working at PwC, Prudential plc and M&G plc before joining the London Stock Exchange Group as Risk COO. She also will explain the role of an Actuary and how they analyse complex financial risks using mathematics, statistics, and data modeling.
Susie Barton, Mergers and Acquisitions Manager (Corporate Finance) at Grant Thornton LLP, will provide an insightful overview of what a career in mergers and acquisitions entails and share the journey that led her to this role.
Reading based Assurance Partner at Ernst and Young, Katie Dallimore-Fox, will share her career journey from joining E&Y as an Audit Senior in 2011 after qualifying as an accountant in a smaller tier firm, to making Partner just 10 years later.
As Audit Senior Manager at James Cowper Kreston’s Reading office, Samantha Hall will share how she progressed to act for corporate, not-for-profit and Academy clients.
You’ll then be able to listen to the Student Development Manager from James Cowper Kreston, along with a Brightstart Apprentice from Deloitte, who will explain more about entry routes including graduate schemes and apprenticeships.
